VIEWERS HAVING DIFFICULTY IN TUNING IN OR RECEIVING KNLC-DT, Channel 24.1 or 24.2

If you are having difficulty in RECEIVING KNLC-DT, Channel 24.1 or 24.2 the following information may assist you in resolving this problem. If you have called our staff member, Carolyn Clay, at 314-881-3212 for HELP, she has most likely checked your signal strength in your local community. If you gave your address, she was able to determine even more accurately whether your reception at your site is strong enough to receive a signal or what signals you should be able to receive. If she checks and it looks like you should be getting a strong or moderate signal and you still cannot receive KNLC-DT, Channel 24.1 or 24.2, the causes could be related to interference issues in your local environment, the need to do more adjustments to get stations scanned in to your set or connection or antenna issues.
